I really haven't done much research on this fairly new US private/trainer aircraft that distinct itself from the traditional aircraft of today.
This aircraft is a CIRRUS single engine 4 seat piston engine aircraft. What makes it unique is its ability to deploy a parachute on flight should an emergency occur such as engine trouble or engine quit while miles away from the nearest airport. Quite a marvelous idea that ensures safety for pilot and passengers, but I really wonder if we can do the same for a jumbo jet?
P.S. What I write is what I know. I may be wrong at times and I do not profess to be an expert or an authority on aviation matters I write. It's from my 12 years exposure and experience in the local aviation industry. Correct me if I am wrong and I will stand corrected.
